Who we are

Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our site, we collect:
- Start a project (/start): your name, email, phone number (optional), the services you're interested in, your budget (optional), and your project description.
- Free website audit (/audit and /auditoria): your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), your website address (or that you don't have one yet), and your type of business.
If you email us, call us, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, and message.
Information collected automatically. We don't use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. When you send a form, our server briefly uses your IP address to block spam by limiting how many requests can be sent in a short time. It is held in memory only and is not saved to a database. Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages to you.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request and send you the quote, audit, or information you asked for.
- To follow up about your request by phone call, text message, or email.
- From time to time, to send you marketing messages about our services by email or text. You can opt out at any time (see "Your choices and rights" below).
- To protect our site from spam and abuse.
- To keep a record of our conversations and work with you.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We only share your information with providers that help us run the site and respond to you:
- Resend sends your form submission to our inbox by email.
- Hostinger hosts our website and processes the requests it receives.
- Google Fonts delivers the fonts used on the site. Your browser connects to Google's servers to load them, which shares your IP address with Google.

Cookies and tracking
Our site does not currently use cookies, analytics tools, or advertising pixels, and we don't track you across other websites. If we add tools like these in the future, we'll update this policy before they go live.
Do Not Track signals
Some browsers let you send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because we don't track visitors over time or across websites, our site works the same way whether or not DNT is turned on. We don't knowingly allow third parties to collect personal information about your online activity over time and across different websites when you use our site.
How long we keep your information
We keep form submissions and messages until you ask us to delete them, so we have a record of our conversations and past projects.
Your choices and rights
- Access, correction, or deletion: email team@jggraphic.com to ask for a copy of the information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on the request.
- Marketing texts: reply STOP to any marketing text and we'll stop sending them.
- Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in the email, or reply asking us to stop.
- Calls: tell us on a call or by email that you don't want to be called, and we'll stop.
Opting out of marketing doesn't stop messages about a request or project you have open with us.
California residents (CalOPPA)
Under the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA): you can browse our site without giving us any personal information; this policy is linked from every page of our site; the information we collect and the providers we share it with are listed above; you can review or request changes to your information by emailing us; our response to Do Not Track signals is described above; and changes to this policy are explained below, with the date of the latest version shown at the top of this page.
Children's privacy
Our site and services are meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
Our site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other services, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top.
